kabhu durga, lakshmi haya, kabhu va cic-chakti
khate vasi' bhakta-gane dila prema-bhakti
SYNONYMS
kabhu -- sometimes; durga -- the part of Goddess Durga; lakshmi -- the goddess of fortune; haya -- is; kabhu -- sometimes; va -- or; cit-sakti -- the spiritual potency; khate -- on a cot; vasi' -- sitting; bhakta-gane -- unto the devotees; dila -- gave; prema-bhakti -- love of Godhead.
TRANSLATION
The Lord sometimes took the part of Goddess Durga, Lakshmi [the goddess of fortune] or the chief potency, Yogamaya. Sitting on a cot, He delivered love of Godhead to all the devotees present.
