ataeva gopī-ganera nāhi kāma-gandha
krishna-sukha lāgi mātra, krishna se sambandha
SYNONYMS
ataeva — therefore; gopī-ganera — of the gopīs; nāhi — not; kāma-gandha — the slightest bit of lust; krishna-sukha — the happiness of Lord Krishna; lāgi — for; mātra — only; krishna — Lord Krishna; se — that; sambandha — the relationship.
TRANSLATION
Thus there is not the slightest taint of lust in the gopīs' love. Their relationship with Krishna is only for the sake of His enjoyment.
