ei ta' -- this; dvitiya -- second; suta romaharashana -- Romaharshana-suta; baladeva dekhi' -- seeing Lord Balarama; ye -- who; na -- not; kaila -- did; pratyudgama -- stand up.
TRANSLATION
"Here I find the second Romaharshana-suta, who did not stand to show honor when he saw Lord Balarama."
