kimvā, dońhā mānińā hao ta' pāshanda

eke māni' āre māni, — ei-mata bhanda

SYNONYMS

kimvā — otherwise; dońhā — both of Them; — not; mānińā — accepting; hao — you become; ta' — certainly; pāshanda — atheist; eke — one of Them; māni' — accepting; āre — the other; māni — not accepting; ei-mata — this kind of faith; bhanda — hypocrisy.

TRANSLATION

"It would be better to be an atheist by slighting both brothers than a hypocrite by believing in one and slighting the other."
