taiche jagatera karta -- purushavatara
SYNONYMS
ghatera -- of the earthen pot; nimitta-hetu -- original cause; yaiche -- just as; kumbhakara -- the potter; taiche -- similarly; jagatera karta -- the creator of the material world; purusha-avatara -- the purusha incarnation, or Karanarnavasayi Vishnu.
TRANSLATION
Just as the original cause of an earthen pot is the potter, so the creator of the material world is the first purusha incarnation [Karanarnavasayi Vishnu].
