nijāńga-sveda-jala karila sṛjana
sei jale kaila ardha-brahmāṇḍa bharaṇa
SYNONYMS
nija-ańga — of His own body; sveda-jala — water from perspiration; karila — did; sṛjana — creation; sei jale — with that water; kaila — did; ardha-brahmāṇḍa — half of the universe; bharaṇa — filling.
TRANSLATION
Then He created water from the perspiration of His own body and with that water filled half the universe.
