yadyapi sāńkhya māne, 'pradhāna' — kārana
jada ha-ite kabhu nahe jagat-srijana
SYNONYMS
yadyapi — although; sāńkhya — Sāńkhya philosophy; māne — accepts; pradhāna — ingredients; kārana — cause; jada ha-ite — from matter; kabhu — at any time; nahe — there is not; jagat-srijana — the creation of the material world.
TRANSLATION
Although the Sāńkhya philosophy accepts that the material ingredients are the cause, the creation of the world never arises from dead matter.
