tāńra sparśe ha-ila tomāra kṛṣṇa-premodaya
bhūta-preta-jñāne tomāra haila mahā-bhaya
tāńra sparśe — by His touch; ha-ila — there was; tomāra — your; kṛṣṇa-prema-udaya — awakening of ecstatic love for Kṛṣṇa; bhūta-preta-jñāne — by thinking to be a ghost; tomāra — your; haila — there was; mahā-bhaya — great fear.
"Simply touching Him has awakened your dormant love of Kṛṣṇa, but because you thought Him a ghost, you were very much afraid of Him.
