|Antya-līlā||Chapter 6: The Meeting of Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu and Raghunatha dasa Gosvāmī|
Bhaktivedanta VedaBase: Śrī Caitanya Caritāmṛta Antya 6.216
siḿha-dvāre annārthī vaiṣṇave dekhiyā
pasārira ṭhāñi anna dena kṛpā ta' kariyā
siḿha-dvāre — at the Siḿha gate; anna-arthī — in need of some eatables; vaiṣṇave — Vaiṣṇavas; dekhiyā — seeing; pasārira ṭhāñi — from the shopkeepers; anna dena — deliver some eatables; kṛpā ta' kariyā — out of mercy.
If they see a Vaiṣṇava standing at the Siḿha-dvāra begging alms, out of mercy they arrange with the shopkeepers to give him something to eat.
