ei laksya pana prabhu kaila rosabhasa
suni' panditera citte upajila trasa
SYNONYMS
ei -- this; laksya -- aim; pana -- taking; prabhu -- Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu; kaila rosa-abhasa -- made a semblance of anger; suni' -- hearing; panditera -- of Gadadhara Pandita; citte -- in the heart; upajila -- arose; trasa -- fear.
TRANSLATION
For this purpose Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu sometimes showed His apparent anger. Hearing of this anger inspired great fear in the heart of Gadadhara Pandita.
