daive se vatsara tāhāń giyāchena rūpa

SYNONYMS

ei — this; ślokera — of the verse; artha — the meaning; jāne — knows; ekale — alone; svarūpaSvarūpa Dāmodara; daive — by chance; se vatsara — that year; tāhāń — there; giyāchena — went; rūpaŚrīla Rūpa Gosvāmī.

TRANSLATION

This verse appears to be the hankering between some ordinary boy and girl, but its actual deep meaning was known only to Svarūpa Dāmodara. By chance, one year Rūpa Gosvāmī was also present there.
