cāri gosāñira kaila rāya caraṇa vandana

yathā-yogya saba bhaktera karila milana

SYNONYMS

cāri gosāñira — of the four gosāñis, or spiritual masters; kaila — did; rāyaRāmānanda Rāya; caraṇa vandana — worshiping the lotus feet; yathā-yogyaas it is befitting; saba — all; bhaktera — of the devotees; karila — did; milana — meeting.

TRANSLATION

Śrī Rāmānanda Rāya therefore offered his obeisances to all the Lord's devotees, in particular to the four spiritual masters. Thus Rāmānanda Rāya suitably met all the devotees.

PURPORT

The four spiritual masters referred to in this verse are Paramānanda Purī, Brahmānanda Bhāratī, Svarūpa Dāmodara and Lord Nityānanda.
