|Madhya-līlā||Chapter 2: The Ecstatic Manifestations of Lord Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu|
Bhaktivedanta VedaBase: Śrī Caitanya Caritāmṛta Madhya 2.10
upavanodyāna dekhi' vṛndāvana-jñāna
tāhāń yāi' nāce, gāya, kṣaṇe mūrcchā yā'na
upavana-udyāna — small parks; dekhi' — seeing; vṛndāvana-jñāna — took them to be the forests of Vṛndāvana; tāhāń — there; yāi' — going; nāce — dances; gāya — sings; kṣaṇe — in a moment; mūrcchā — unconsciousness; yā'na — goes.
Sometimes Caitanya Mahāprabhu mistook the small parks of the city for Vṛndāvana. Sometimes He would go there, dance and chant and sometimes fall unconscious in spiritual ecstasy.
