prākritāprākrita-srishti karena nirmāna
SYNONYMS
kriyā-śakti-pradhāna — the predominator of the creative energy; sańkarshana — Lord Sańkarshana; balarāma — Lord Balarāma; prākrita — material; aprākrita — spiritual; srishti — worlds; karena — does; nirmāna — creation.
TRANSLATION
"Lord Sańkarshana is Lord Balarāma. Being the predominator of the creative energy, He creates both the material and the spiritual world.
