māyāra 'āśraya' haya, tabu māyā-pāra
SYNONYMS
ei ta' — in this way; dvitīya-purusha — the second Personality of Godhead; brahmāndera īśvara — the master of the universe; māyāra — of the external, material energy; āśraya haya — becomes the shelter; tabu — still; māyā-pāra — is beyond the touch of the material energy.
TRANSLATION
"This second Personality of Godhead, known as Garbhodakaśāyī Vishnu, is the master of each and every universe and the shelter of the external energy. Nonetheless, He remains beyond the touch of the external energy.
