tabe vārānasī gosāñi āilā kata-dine
śuni ānandita ha-ilā prabhura āgamane
SYNONYMS
tabe — in this way; vārānasī — to Vārānasī; gosāñi — Sanātana Gosvāmī; āilā — came; kata-dine — after a few days; śuni — hearing; ānandita — very pleased; ha-ilā — he became; prabhura — of Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu; āgamane — about the arrival.
TRANSLATION
After a few days, Sanātana Gosvāmī arrived at Vārānasī. He was very pleased to hear about Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu's arrival there.
