SYNONYMS
yah -- anyone who; bhavet -- may be; komala -- soft; sraddhah -- having faith; sah -- such a person; kanishthah -- neophyte devotee; nigadyate -- is said to be.
TRANSLATION
"'One whose faith is not very strong, who is just beginning, should be considered a neophyte devotee.'
