sei advaya-tattva kṛṣṇa — svayaḿ-bhagavān
tina-kāle satya tińho — śāstra-pramāṇa
sei — that; advaya-tattva — Absolute Truth without a second; kṛṣṇa — Lord Kṛṣṇa; svayam-bhagavān — the Supreme Personality of Godhead; tina-kāle — in three phases of time (past, present and future); satya — truth; tińho — He; śāstra-pramāṇa — the verdict of all Vedic literatures.
