ei cāri-jana ācārya dila prabhu sane

jananī prabodha kari' vandila caraṇe

SYNONYMS

nityānanda-gosāñi — Lord Nityānanda; paṇḍita jagadānandaJagadānanda Paṇḍita; dāmodara paṇḍitaDāmodara Paṇḍita; āra datta mukunda — and Mukunda Datta; ei cāri-jana — these four persons; ācāryaAdvaita Ācārya; dila — gave; prabhu sane — with Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu; jananī — mother Śacī; prabodha kari' — pacifying; vandila caraṇe — offered prayers at her lotus feet.

TRANSLATION

Śrī Advaita Ācārya sent four persons — Nityānanda Gosāñi, Jagadānanda Paṇḍita, Dāmodara Paṇḍita and Mukunda Datta — to accompany the Lord. After pacifying His mother, Śacīmātā, Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu submitted prayers to her lotus feet.
