SYNONYMS

bālya-kālein My childhood; mātā — mother; mora — My; nāsā — nose; chidra kari' — making a hole; muktāa pearl; parāñāchila — was put on it; bahu — much; yatna — endeavor; kari' — taking.

TRANSLATION

"During My childhood My mother made a hole in My nose and with great endeavor set a pearl there.
