eta cinti' bhaṭṭācārya āchena vasiyā

nityānandādi siḿha-dvāre milila āsiyā

SYNONYMS

eta cinti' — thinking like this; bhaṭṭācāryaSārvabhauma Bhaṭṭācārya; āchena — was; vasiyā — sitting; nityānanda-ādi — all the devotees, headed by Nityānanda Prabhu; siḿha-dvāre — at the entrance door of the Jagannātha temple; milila — met; āsiyā — coming.

TRANSLATION

While the Bhaṭṭācārya was thinking in this way at his home, all the devotees of Caitanya Mahāprabhu, headed by Nityānanda Prabhu, approached the Siḿha-dvāra [the entrance door of the temple].
