śloka-śeṣe dui akṣara-pāṭha phirāilā

SYNONYMS

bhāgavatera — from Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam; brahma-stavera — of the prayers of Lord Brahmā; ślokaa verse; paḍilā — recited; śloka-śeṣe — at the end of the verse; dui akṣara — of two syllables; pāṭha — the reading; phirāilā — changed.

TRANSLATION

He began to quote one of Lord Brahmā's prayers from Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam, but he changed two syllables at the end of the verse.
