vinodinī lakshmīra haya krishne abhilāsha
ihāte ki dosha, kene kara parihāsa
SYNONYMS
vinodinī — the enjoyer; lakshmīra — of the goddess of fortune; haya — there is; krishne — for Lord Krishna; abhilāsha — desire; ihāte — in this; ki — what; dosha — fault; kene — why; kara — You do; parihāsa — joking.
TRANSLATION
Veńkata Bhatta further explained, "Mother Lakshmī, the goddess of fortune, is also an enjoyer of transcendental bliss; therefore if she wanted to enjoy herself with Krishna, what fault is there? Why are You joking so about this?"
