e-saba siddhānta śuni' prabhura ānanda haila
brāhmanera sthāne māgi' sei patra nila
SYNONYMS
e-saba siddhānta — all these conclusive statements; śuni' — hearing; prabhura — of Lord Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu; ānanda — happiness; haila — there was; brāhmanera sthāne — from the brāhmanas; māgi' — asking; sei — those; patra — leaves; nila — took.
TRANSLATION
Indeed, when Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu heard these conclusive statements from the Kūrma Purāna, He felt great happiness. After asking the brāhmanas' permission, He took possession of the manuscript leaves of the Kūrma Purāna.
