sei haite krishna-nāma jihvāte vasilā
krishna-nāma sphure, rāma-nāma dūre gelā
SYNONYMS
sei haite — since that time; krishna-nāma — the holy name of Lord Krishna; jihvāte — on the tongue; vasilā — was seated tightly; krishna-nāma — the holy name of Lord Krishna; sphure — automatically comes; rāma-nāma — the holy name of Lord Rāmacandra; dūre — far away; gelā — went.
TRANSLATION
"Since then, the holy name of Krishna has been tightly fixed upon my tongue. Indeed, since I have been chanting the holy name of Krishna, the holy name of Lord Rāmacandra has gone far away.
