mātulānyah sahātmajāh
SYNONYMS
sapta — seven; sva-sārah — own sisters; tat-patnyah — his wives; mātulānyah — maternal aunts; saha — along with; ātma-jāh — sons and grandsons; āsate — are all; sasnushāh — with their daughters-in-law; kshemam — happiness; devakī — Devakī; pramukhāh — headed by; svayam — personally.
TRANSLATION
His seven wives, headed by Devakī, are all sisters. Are they and their sons and daughters-in-law all happy?
