prānāpadam abhiprekshya
SYNONYMS
tatah — thereafter; prādushkritam — disseminated; tejah — glare; pracandam — fierce; sarvatah — all around; diśam — directions; prāna-āpadam — affecting life; abhiprekshya — having observed it; vishnum — unto the Lord; jishnuh — Arjuna; uvāca — said; ha — in the past.
TRANSLATION
Thereupon a glaring light spread in all directions. It was so fierce that Arjuna thought his own life in danger, and so he began to address Lord Śrī Krishna.
