SYNONYMS
sūtah — Sūta Gosvāmī; uvāca — said; śrutvā — after hearing; bhagavatā — by the Personality of Godhead; proktam — what was said; phālgunah — another name of Śrī Arjuna; para-vīra-hā — the killer of the opposing warrior; sprishtvā — after touching; āpah — water; tam — Him; parikramya — circumambulating; brāhmam — the Supreme Lord; brāhma-astram — the supreme weapon; sandadhe — acted on.
TRANSLATION
Śrī Sūta Gosvāmī said: Hearing this from the Personality of Godhead, Arjuna touched water for purification, and after circumambulating Lord Śrī Krishna, he cast his brahmāstra weapon to counteract the other one.
