dishtyāhito hatah kamso
dishtyāptair labdha-sarvārthaih
SYNONYMS
gopyah ūcuh — the gopīs said; dishtyā — fortunately; ahitah — the enemy; hatah — has been killed; kamsah — King Kamsa; yadūnām — for the Yadus; sa-anugah — together with his followers; agha — of suffering; krit — the cause; dishtyā — fortunately; āptaih — with His well-wishers; labdha — who have attained; sarva — all; arthaih — their desires; kuśalī — happily; āste — is living; acyutah — Lord Krishna; adhunā — at present.
TRANSLATION
The gopīs said: It is very good that Kamsa, the enemy and persecutor of the Yadus, has now been killed, along with his followers. And it is also very good that Lord Acyuta is living happily in the company of His well-wishing friends and relatives, whose every desire is now fulfilled.
