SYNONYMS

evam -- thus; visrambhitah -- given faith; viprah -- the brahmana; phalgunena -- by Arjuna; param -- of enemies; tapa -- O tormentor (Parikshit Maharaja); jagama -- he went; sva -- to his own; griham -- house; pritah -- satisfied; partha -- of the son of Pritha; viryam -- of the prowess; nisamayan -- hearing.

TRANSLATION

Thus convinced by Arjuna, O tormentor of enemies, the brahmana went home, satisfied by having heard Arjuna's declaration of his prowess.
