yadu-vamśa — in the Yadu dynasty; prasūtānām — of those who were born; pumsām — men; vikhyāta — famous; karmanām — whose deeds; sańkhyā — the counting; na śakyate — cannot; kartum — be done; api — even; varsha — in years; ayutaih — tens of thousands; nripa — O King (Parīkshit).
TRANSLATION
The Yadu dynasty produced innumerable great men of famous deeds. Even in tens of thousands of years, O King, one could never count them all.
