Bhaktivedanta VedaBase: Śrīmad Bhāgavatam 11.14.43

tat sarva-vyāpakam cittam

ākrishyaikatra dhārayet

nānyāni cintayed bhūyah

su-smitam bhāvayen mukham

SYNONYMS

tat — therefore; sarvain all the parts of the body; vyāpakam — spread; cittam — consciousness; ākrishya — pulling back; ekatrain one place; dhārayet — one should concentrate; na — not; anyāni — other limbs of the body; cintayet — one should meditate on; bhūyah — again; su-smitam — wonderfully smiling or laughing; bhāvayet — one should concentrate on; mukham — the face.

TRANSLATION

One should then pull the consciousness back from all the limbs of that transcendental body. At that time, one should meditate only on the wonderfully smiling face of the Lord.
