ākrishyaikatra dhārayet
nānyāni cintayed bhūyah
SYNONYMS
tat — therefore; sarva — in all the parts of the body; vyāpakam — spread; cittam — consciousness; ākrishya — pulling back; ekatra — in one place; dhārayet — one should concentrate; na — not; anyāni — other limbs of the body; cintayet — one should meditate on; bhūyah — again; su-smitam — wonderfully smiling or laughing; bhāvayet — one should concentrate on; mukham — the face.
TRANSLATION
One should then pull the consciousness back from all the limbs of that transcendental body. At that time, one should meditate only on the wonderfully smiling face of the Lord.
