ekasnigdhah kakinina
SYNONYMS
bhidyante -- they break off; bhratarah -- the brothers; darah -- wife; pitarah -- parents; suhrdah -- friends; tatha -- and; eka -- as if one; asnigdhah -- very dear; kakinina -- by a small coin; sadyah -- immediately; sarve -- all of them; arayah -- enemies; krtah -- made.
TRANSLATION
Even a man's brothers, wife, parents and friends united with him in love will immediately break off their affectionate relationships and become enemies over a single coin.
