naitad vijnaya jijnasor
patavyam navasishyate
SYNONYMS
na -- not; etat -- this; vijnaya -- fully understanding; jijnasoh -- of the inquisitive person; jnatavyam -- matter to be understood; avasishyate -- remains; pitva -- having drunk; piyusham -- palatable; amritam -- nectarean beverage; patavyam -- to be drunk; na -- nothing; avasishyate -- remains.
TRANSLATION
When an inquisitive person comes to understand this knowledge, he has nothing further to know. After all, one who has drunk the most palatable nectar cannot remain thirsty.
