jīvataś cāntrābhyuddhārah
daśadbhiś cātma-vaiśasam
SYNONYMS
jīvatah — alive; ca — and; antra — of his entrails; abhyuddhārah — pulling out; śva-gridhraih — by dogs and vultures; yama-sādane — in the abode of Yamarāja; sarpa — by serpents; vriścika — scorpions; damśa — gnats; ādyaih — and so on; daśadbhih — biting; ca — and; ātma-vaiśasam — torment of himself.
TRANSLATION
His entrails are pulled out by the hounds and vultures of hell, even though he is still alive to see it, and he is subjected to torment by serpents, scorpions, gnats and other creatures that bite him.
