yatra ha vāva na bhayam aho-rātrādibhih kāla-vibhāgair upalakshyate
SYNONYMS
yatra — where; ha vāva — certainly; na — not; bhayam — fearfulness; ahah-rātra-ādibhih — because of days and nights; kāla-vibhāgaih — the divisions of time; upalakshyate — is experienced.
TRANSLATION
Since there is no sunshine in those subterranean planets, time is not divided into days and nights, and consequently fear produced by time does not exist.
