SYNONYMS
punah — again; ca — also; vipra-śāpena — being cursed by the brāhmanas; rākshasau — the two Rākshasas; tau — both of them; babhūvatuh — incarnated as; kumbhakarna-daśa-grīvau — known as Kumbhakarna and the ten-headed Rāvana (in their next birth); hatau — they also were killed; tau — both of them; rāma-vikramaih — by the extraordinary strength of Lord Rāmacandra.
TRANSLATION
Being cursed by the brāhmanas, the same two associates took birth again as Kumbhakarna and the ten-headed Rāvana. These two Rākshasas were killed by Lord Rāmacandra's extraordinary power.
