śandāmarkāv auśanasau
SYNONYMS
iti — thus; tat-cintayā — with full anxiety because of Prahlāda Mahārāja's position; kińcit — somewhat; mlāna — lost; śriyam — bodily luster; adhah-mukham — his face downward; śanda-amarkau — Shanda and Amarka; auśanasau — sons of Śukrācārya; vivikte — in a secret place; iti — thus; ha — indeed; ūcatuh — spoke.
TRANSLATION
Thinking in this way, the King of the Daityas, morose and bereft of bodily luster, remained silent with his face downward. Then Shanda and Amarka, the two sons of Śukrācārya, spoke to him in secret.
