idire 'vitathair mantrais

tal-lingaih pushpa-varshinah

SYNONYMS

brahma -- Lord Brahma; rudra -- Lord Siva; angirah -- the great sage Angira Muni; mukhyah -- headed by; sarve -- all of them; visva-srijah -- the directors of universal management; vibhum -- the very great personality; idire -- worshiped; avitathaih -- real; mantraih -- by chanting; tat-lingaih -- worshiping the Supreme Personality of Godhead; pushpa-varshinah -- throwing flowers like showers.

TRANSLATION

Lord Brahma, Lord Siva, the great sage Angira, and similar directors of universal management showered flowers and chanted mantras indicating the transcendental glories of the Supreme Personality of Godhead.
