ańgadaś citraketuś ca

lakṣmaṇasyātmajau smṛtau

takṣaḥ puṣkala ity āstāḿ

bharatasya mahīpate

SYNONYMS

ańgadaḥAńgada; citraketuḥCitraketu; ca — also; lakṣmaṇasya — of Lord Lakṣmaṇa; ātmajau — two sons; smṛtau — were said to be; takṣaḥTakṣa; puṣkalaḥPuṣkala; iti — thus; āstām — were; bharatasya — of Lord Bharata; mahīpateO King Parīkṣit.

TRANSLATION

O Mahārāja Parīkṣit, Lord Lakṣmaṇa had two sons, named Ańgada and Citraketu, and Lord Bharata also had two sons, named Takṣa and Puṣkala.
