tasya putra-satam tesham

yaviyan prishatah sutah

sa tasmad drupado jajne

sarva-sampat-samanvitah

SYNONYMS

tasya -- of him (Somaka); putra-satam -- one hundred sons; tesham -- of all of them; yaviyan -- the youngest; prishatah -- Prishata; sutah -- the son; sah -- he; tasmat -- from him (Prishata); drupadah -- Drupada; jajne -- was born; sarva-sampat -- with all opulences; samanvitah -- decorated.

TRANSLATION

Somaka had one hundred sons, of whom the youngest was Prishata. From Prishata was born King Drupada, who was opulent in all supremacy.
