vrishasenah sutas tasya

karnasya jagatipate

druhyos ca tanayo babhruh

setus tasyatmajas tatah

SYNONYMS

vrishasenah -- Vrishasena; sutah -- a son; tasya karnasya -- of that same Karna; jagati pate -- O Maharaja Parikshit; druhyoh ca -- of Druhyu, the third son of Yayati; tanayah -- a son; babhruh -- Babhru; setuh -- Setu; tasya -- of him (Babhru); atmajah tatah -- a son thereafter.

TRANSLATION

O King, the only son of Karna was Vrishasena. Druhyu, the third son of Yayati, had a son named Babhru, and the son of Babhru was known as Setu.
