śvaphalkaś citrarathaś ca
SYNONYMS
śvaphalkah — Śvaphalka; citrarathah ca — and Citraratha; gāndinyām — through the wife named Gāndinī; ca — and; śvaphalkatah — from Śvaphalka; akrūra — Akrūra; pramukhāh — headed by; āsan — there were; putrāh — sons; dvādaśa — twelve; viśrutāh — most celebrated.
TRANSLATION
From Vrishni came the sons named Śvaphalka and Citraratha. From Śvaphalka by his wife Gāndinī came Akrūra. Akrūra was the eldest, but there were twelve other sons, all of whom were most celebrated.
