vrikādīn vatsakas tathā
SYNONYMS
miśrakeśyām — in the womb of Miśrakeśī; apsarasi — who belonged to the Apsarā group; vrika-ādīn — Vrika and other sons; vatsakah — Vatsaka; tathā — as well; taksha-pushkara-śāla-ādīn — sons headed by Taksha, Pushkara and Śāla; durvākshyām — in the womb of his wife, Durvākshī; vrikah — Vrika; ādadhe — begot.
TRANSLATION
Thereafter, King Vatsaka, by the womb of his wife, Miśrakeśī, who was an Apsarā, begot sons headed by Vrika. Vrika, by his wife, Durvākshī, begot Taksha, Pushkara, Śāla and so on.
