SYNONYMS
yat-nama -- the holy name of the Lord; sruti-matrena -- simply by hearing; puman -- a person; bhavati -- becomes; nirmalah -- purified; tasya -- of Him; tirtha-padah -- the Lord, at whose feet are the holy places; kim va -- what; dasanam -- by the servants; avasishyate -- remains to be done.
TRANSLATION
What is impossible for the servants of the Lord? By the very hearing of His holy name one is purified.
