antare īśvara-ceṣṭā, bāhire nirdambha
caitanya-bhakti-maṇḍape teńho mūla-stambha
SYNONYMS
antare — within Himself; īśvara-ceṣṭā — the activities of the Supreme Personality of Godhead; bāhire — externally; nirdambha — without pride; caitanya-bhakti-maṇḍape — in the devotional hall of Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu; teńho — He is; mūla-stambha — the main pillar.
TRANSLATION
He is the main pillar in the hall of devotional service erected by Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu. He knew within Himself that He acted as the Supreme Lord Viṣṇu, but externally He was prideless.
