'ete'-śabde avatārera āge anuvāda
'puruṣera aḿśa' pāche vidheya-saḿvāda
SYNONYMS
ete-śabde — in the word ete (these); avatārera — of the incarnations; āge — first; anuvāda — the subject; puruṣera — of the puruṣa-avatāras; aḿśa — plenary portions; pāche — afterwards; vidheya — of the predicate; saḿvāda — message.
TRANSLATION
"First the word 'ete' ['these'] establishes the subject [the incarnations]. Then 'plenary portions of the puruṣa-avatāras' follows as the predicate.
