candana-lepita-ańga, tilaka suṭhāma
matta-gaja jini' mada-manthara payāna
SYNONYMS
candana — with sandalwood pulp; lepita — smeared; ańga — body; tilaka suṭhāma — nicely decorated with tilaka; matta-gaja — a mad elephant; jini' — surpassing; mada-manthara — maddened by drinking; payāna — movement.
TRANSLATION
His body was anointed with sandalwood pulp, and He was nicely decorated with tilaka. His movements surpassed those of a maddened elephant.
