prabhu nija-gaṇa lañā beḍāna rātri-sakala

SYNONYMS

śarat-kālera — of autumn; rātri — night; saba — all; candrikā-ujjvala — brightened by the moonlight; prabhuŚrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu; nija-gaṇa — His own associates; lañā — taking; beḍāna — walks; rātri-sakala — the whole night.

TRANSLATION

During a night of the autumn season when a full moon brightened everything, Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu wandered all night long with His devotees.
