puchilā, — ki ājñā, kene haila āgamana?

'haridāse prasāda lāgi' kailā nivedana

SYNONYMS

puchilā — the Lord inquired; ki ājñā — what is your order; kene haila āgamana — what is the reason you have come; haridāse prasāda lāgi' — for a favor to Junior Haridāsa; kailā nivedanahe made a request.

TRANSLATION

The Lord inquired, "What is your order? For what purpose have you come here?" Paramānanda Purī then submitted his prayer that the Lord show favor to Junior Haridāsa.
